We hold eleven approvals from manufacturers and suppliers: eight approved-applicator certificates and letters (including a Weber Saint-Gobain accreditation letter for concrete repairs and waterproofing and a Saudi Insulation Factory approved-applicator certificate for all its insulation products), two certified-applicator approvals and one certified-distributor certificate, each within its own scope.

Under an ISO 45001 certified system: risk assessment, permits to work for high-risk activities, a daily toolbox talk and PPE suited to every activity.

Yes. We hold a supplier prequalification approval for the developmental housing project and a material approval for the Al-Mousa Sadan project, both issued by the National Housing Company.

Yes, with a written warranty certificate. Warranty according to the approved system, manufacturer recommendations and the project agreement.
