A written warranty, on a clear basis

Set by three clear references — and every warranty certificate carries a code you can verify online.

The basis

Three references set every warranty

Warranty according to the approved system, manufacturer recommendations and the project agreement.

  1. SYSTEM

    The approved system

The system and materials approved for the project, with their layers and thicknesses.

  2. MFR

    Manufacturer recommendations

The manufacturer’s terms for applying, using and maintaining its products.

  3. CONTRACT

    The project agreement

What the project agreement and the approved offer state.

Warranties differ from one system to another: a roof membrane is not an epoxy floor, and a tank lining is not an expansion joint. So each system’s warranty is set on its own.

The warranty terms are written in the offer before you sign, and then on the warranty certificate at handover.
