01About this website

This website belongs to Prime Shield Company (unified national number 7052877623) and presents information about its services, systems, projects and credentials. Its content is general information, not a binding offer or engineering advice for a specific building.

02Quotations and warranty

Sending a request for quotation or a consultation request is not a contract. No price, scope, programme or warranty is binding unless it appears in a written offer issued by Prime Shield and in a signed contract. Warranty according to the approved system, manufacturer recommendations and the project agreement; its terms are written in the offer and on the warranty certificate.

03Engineering tools and the advisor

• System Finder recommendations are preliminary and subject to technical review by the Prime Shield engineering team.
• The calculators give preliminary quantity estimates only, without prices; final quantities depend on the approved specification, the product TDS and a site survey.
• The advisor gives general, automated guidance that can be wrong and does not replace a technical inspection; no price, diagnosis or commitment in a conversation counts unless our team confirms it in writing.
• Educational content is general; final values and requirements follow the product TDS and the approved project specification.

04Files you upload

• Only upload files you have the right to share; we use them to study your request and prepare our answer.
• The system may reject files that do not match the supported types, exceed the limits shown next to each field, or fail the security check.
• Uploading harmful or unlawful content is prohibited.

05Accounts

Creating an account on the website is optional and currently free. By creating one you accept these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

• Give accurate details; one account per person; do not create an account in someone else’s name without their permission, or accounts by automated means.
• Keep your password and registered devices safe; you are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect it is being used without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the website or against these terms. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account page.
• In future we may reserve some content or tools for members, or offer paid services; if so, we will show their terms and prices clearly before any commitment, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.

06Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully, try to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to its servers, send misleading or high-volume automated requests, or copy its content for republication without permission.

07Intellectual property

The text, photos, technical drawings, designs and logo on this website belong to Prime Shield or are used with their owners’ permission. Manufacturer, supplier, client and organisation logos belong to their owners; they are shown for identification only and imply no partnership or approval beyond what the manufacturers & approvals page states with its evidence.

08Use of engineering content

The drawings, technical details, system build-ups, tables, checklists and tools of the Engineering Hub are prepared by Prime Shield and carry its watermark and copyright notice. You may view, download and print them for personal reference, or to study a project with Prime Shield, keeping the watermark and the notice intact.

• You may not copy, republish or sell them, include them in other parties’ specifications, drawings or proposals, or remove the watermark or the copyright notice, without Prime Shield’s prior written permission.
• The details are typical and not for construction; project-specific details follow the approved specification and the manufacturer’s requirements.

09Accuracy

We take care to keep the content accurate. Figures are as stated in our 2026 prequalification profile, and the status of projects and documents can change over time; the official documents in the certificates center, or on request, are the final reference.

10Official bank accounts

Our official bank accounts, in the name of “Prime Shield Company”, are published only on the bank-transfer page, and we never change them by message. If in doubt, call us before transferring. We are not responsible for transfers to an account that is not published on our website.

11External links

The website links to external services such as WhatsApp, maps, our social-media accounts and government verification portals; those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

12Liability

The website and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Prime Shield is not liable for indirect loss arising from using the website, being unable to access it, or relying on its general information.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
