From design intent to the final finish: surface preparation, materials, execution and the details that make the difference.

Overview
Finishing is what people see of a building — and it is also where protection layers are most often damaged: a fixing through a bathroom membrane, tiles laid over an untested roof. So we treat finishing as a continuation of the protection works: a prepared surface, materials suited to their location, and details that do not cut the layers below.
Our scope covers interior finishing through turnkey handover, epoxy floors, microcement and protective coatings, and facade works; the exact items for each project are set out in the offer.

How we work
Reading the drawings and specification: texture, colour, use and expected maintenance.
A level, dry, clean surface; cracks and joints treated before any coat.
Samples and data sheets approved before supply.
Coats in the specified sequence and thickness, minding temperature and humidity.
Edges, corners, joints, and junctions with doors and drains.
Uniformity and appearance checked; protected until handover.

General contractingBefore you ask
Yes — within general contracting or as a separate package; each finishing item and its materials are set out in the offer from the drawings and specification.
Interior finishes through turnkey handover, floors (epoxy with marking and numbering), microcement, protective and decorative coatings, and facade, glazing and aluminium finishes; each item and its materials are set out in the offer from the drawings and specification.
Because tiles, floors and ceilings cover the waterproofing, and any defect found afterwards means breaking the finish. So wet-area and roof details are completed, flood-tested and accepted before finishing works start over them.
Next step
Send the drawings, specification and finishes schedule for an itemised offer with materials.
