Site QA/QC checklists
Checks before, during and after the works for each system family: surface acceptance, moisture, corners, primer, thickness, laps, terminations, protection and the flood test.
How to use the checklists
- Each system family has one checklist in three stages: before, during and after the works.
- A hold point ◆ means the next stage does not start before inspection and sign-off.
- Each item gives a method and an acceptance criterion in general terms; the actual values come from the approved specification, the product TDS and the inspection and test plan (ITP).
- The printed copy is a site form: inspection details at the top, a remarks column and space for signatures.
