The challenge
A residential development with a 58,000 m² contract scope, starting with protecting the basement soffits against carbonation across nine zones before the roofs, bathrooms and kitchens.

The engineering solution
The anti-carbonation coating is sprayed on the basement soffits from scaffolding across the nine zones, under the project consultant, within three items:
- Basement soffits, anti-carbonation: 15,000 m² (in progress)
- Roof waterproofing: 35,000 m² (contracted)
- Bathrooms and kitchens: 8,000 m² (contracted)

The result
15,000 m² of basement soffits are in progress; the roofs, bathrooms and kitchens are contracted within the scope.
