The challenge
A resort in Abha with 163 luxury villas: many roofs, terraces and tanks spread across the site, plus epoxy floors and expansion joints.

The engineering solution
Prime Shield works in partnership with Nama Contracting, under the project consultant, on three main items:
- Roof, terrace and tank waterproofing (complete)
- Epoxy flooring
- Expansion joints with accessories (in progress)

QA/QC and acceptance
The project has five inspection and acceptance reports to date.

The result
Roof, terrace and tank works are complete and the expansion joints with accessories are being installed, across more than 36,000 m² of total works.
