A five-star resort whose building roofs needed waterproofing and thermal insulation, with protection layers and finishes on selected roofs.

The engineering solution
The works were delivered in partnership with Gaty General Contracting, in three scopes:
- Roof waterproofing and insulation
- Membrane roll installation
- Protection layers and finishing of selected roofs

Testing
100% of the tests were passed.

The result
Around 8,000 m² of works were delivered.
