The challenge
A commercial tower of ground plus 13 floors, with planters spread across its floors as well as roofs, terraces and sumps — each with different waterproofing conditions.

The engineering solution
Several waterproofing systems, matched to each location:
- Roof and terrace waterproofing and insulation
- Planters on every floor
- Sumps inside and out, with modified bitumen rolls and liquid membranes
