A compound of 124 residential units, with a scope covering the basement, tanks, sumps and pools — all tested before handover.

The engineering solution
Three scopes of work:
- Basement floors and walls
- Tanks and sumps within the project scope
- Pools: waterproofing, testing and final handover

Testing
The waterproofing passed flood testing, with approved handover reports and no remarks.

The result
Completed and handed over in January 2026: more than 19,000 m² delivered, 100% complete.
